New players and those who are new to badminton are welcome to join the PM Session (Open Level Play). Payment can be made via TWINT after the session.

Welcome cold lovers! We have been practising cold water plunges for over 4 years. We believe in the benefits of cold water exposure. The feeling you get after the swim is magnificent, it makes you feel alive. We have started this group to safely experience the cold water together. We motivate each other, do active warmup exercises, and also share our life stories with a warm coffee/tea afterwards. The event is every Sunday at 11:30, we meet no matter the weather. Take along: a large towel, comfortable bathing suit, flip-flops, and warm clothes (hat, gloves, etc). If you’re planning swimming out take along a bright swim buoy. The event is Free. IMPORTANT: Every participant takes responsibility for themselves when attending this event. 🌸 Join Us for a Spring Hike Through History and Legend! April is here, the hills are waking up, and there's no better way to celebrate the season than a fantastic day out in the fresh spring air! Come join us for a hike through one of the region's most scenic and storied landscapes — wildflowers in bloom, birdsong in the trees, and the smell of the forest after a spring shower. Pure bliss. We'll set off from Pfungen and climb up to the Multberg, the views already magnificent as the countryside shakes off winter. From there we cross over to Berenberg — where we'll explore the atmospheric ruins of the former Monastery Berenberg, a truly magical spot steeped in centuries of history. From there, we descend into charming Wülflingen and push back up through lush spring forest trails towards Töss. The highlight? Passing through the legendary Totentäli — a place wrapped in myth and mystery — now featuring a brand-new bridge over the ponds. With the spring light filtering through the trees, it promises to be simply breathtaking.
