We're very happy to announce our next event at Café zum 1.Stock in the 21. district Floridsdorf! We're going to have a lovely life drawing session with Iris, an experienced model, with various poses between 2 and 20minutes. The café is located at Schloßhoferstraße 11, a 1minute walk from Bahnhof Floridsdorf (U6, S-Bahn). Please arrive early to secure the best seats, we start punctually at 18:00. A few more words about this practise: it consists of bodywork - specific exercises designed to release tension and stress in your body. It also includes joint opening and the actual QiGong practise. This QiGong you could call Yin-Jang QiGong, as it prepares you for TaiJi (Wu style). This means it is designed to create balance in your body and movement, restructuring old unhealthy movement patterns and aligning your body. Also central part of this practise (the most powerful one) is that it leads to inner silence, connecting you with your body and silencing your mind. This can be done in game form, like *Whose Line Is It Anyway*, *ComedySportz*, or *Wild 'n Out*; it could also be done to tell stories, like *Middleditch and Schwartz*. Our meetup, which is central Ohio's longest running (and free!) weekly comedy event, brings the games (and occasionally different forms) for you to play in a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment.
