OCD and Anxiety Support Group (OCDAHK) holds monthly support groups for adults with OCD, anxiety and depression. It is open to those who struggle with intrusive thoughts, constant worries, high levels of stress and who feel stuck in negative patterns of thinking. The support groups provide individuals with a platform to voice and share personal fears, worries, and anxieties in a non-judgemental, safe and confidential environment.
