Después de un breve calentamiento, unos salimos a correr y otros van a caminar. Todos, nos reunimos al final para charlar mientras algunos aprovechan de un buen chapuzón en el mar (opcional - traer bañador y toalla si os animáis). We all meet again at the end to chat while some of us enjoy a refreshing splash in the sea (optional - bring a swimsuit and towel if you’re in). For those who are not in a hurry, we then go to have a coffee / breakfast close by. **#What level of running/walking is required?** None, it does not matter if what you like is walking, if you are a beginner runner or if you are a champion, you are welcome, and you won’t get lost.
