**Hi everyone** I’m David, and I’d love to start a social bouldering club for anyone who wants to climb, hang out, and meet new people! I’ve been climbing for about 1.5 years, so I’m still in my learning phase, but I’m more than happy to help beginners get started and share the basics with anyone who’s new. I will arrange a meetup climbing event every 2nd week or once a month, at different climbing gyms around the city. This is going to be the first event on a week day. No big elevation, no rush, just white chalk cliffs, 65-million-year-old fossils, a medieval church teetering on the edge of a cliff, and the Baltic Sea stretching out in front of us the whole way. It's the kind of walk where you stop every ten minutes just to stare... Meeting point: Store Heddinge Station at 10:30. From there, we’ll walk to Stevns Klint (about 5 km), explore the area, and return via the same route , around 10 km total. Easy peasy... Hi everyone! Thursday is the offical book meeting day, so let's gather and share our reading. As usual, we will meet at the fourth floor of the Central Library as it has good facilities for book clubs and it is also free to use. No extra cafe money to spend. Idea is to meet and connect over books. Each participant present 1-2 books they would like to recommend or just talk about, and then we'll see where conversation leads us. Again, there is no limitation to genre or type of book you are reading. The point is that we are free to read whatever we want and then share those reading experiences, so remember to be respectful to each other. I hope to see as many of you as possible. :)

Join us as we get together to get together to help those in need at this CMG Gives Back event! We have a great little community of Movie Group friends so rather than see a movie this time, we’ll help “create a better world” by helping serve those in need. Here are complete details and our plan for this event: FAITH MISSION – GRANT KITCHEN: The Faith Mission kitchen and dining room serves residents 3 meals a day, every day of the year. For this event, our group will help prepare food, serve meals, assist residents in the dining room, wash dishes, and clean surfaces. PLAN: We will be preparing / serving / cleaning for BRUNCH from 10:30am to 12:30pm and have space for a total of 7 volunteers. Please arrive at 10:20am and wear closed-toe shoes and long pants. LOCATION: Faith Mission – Grant Kitchen is located at 245 N. Grant Ave. Enter the kitchen at Dock 1 (in the back of the building), indicated in the attached map. On-site parking in the adjacent lot and street parking is available in the surrounding area.
