This is our **first padel meetup**, so we’re keeping it simple: a fun, relaxed game and a chance to meet new people. **What to expect:** * Casual games (no pressure, all levels welcome) * 4-6 players max for this first session * If we’re feeling it, we can grab a drink after 🍹 **How it works:** * Once we have 4-6 confirmed players, the court will be booked * Costs are split evenly (usually around €15–€20 each depending on the court) * I’ll message everyone with final details after confirmation **What to bring:** * Sports clothes & trainers * Water * Padel racket (or it can be rented at the court) **How to find us:** * I’ll share the exact location and time once the group is confirmed * On the day, I’ll send a message so we can easily spot each other If you’re new to the city or just want to get out and do something different, this is for you. Stacca dalla routine, togli le scarpe e vieni a respirare! Ti aspetto per una mattinata di yoga all'aperto in uno dei parchi più verdi di Milano. La pratica è pensata per tutti i livelli, dai/dalle più curios\* alla prima esperienza a chi pratica già da tempo: l'importante è avere voglia di stare bene, muoversi e lasciarsi andare all'aria aperta. Dopo la sessione, per chi ha voglia di prolungare il momento, ci fermiamo per un picnic rilassato sull'erba — ognun\* porta qualcosa da condividere! Lavoreremo insieme su respirazione, mobilità e ascolto del corpo, con una sequenza che ti lascerà ricaricат\* e con il sorriso. Non serve essere flessibili o espert\*, serve solo la voglia di provarci. Porta con te un tappetino o un telo, una borraccia d'acqua, un asciugamano e vestiti comodi per muoverti liberamente. Il picnic dopo è il modo perfetto per conoscerci meglio e chiudere la mattinata in compagnia.
