Des mouvements doux et progressifs viennent ensuite mobiliser les articulations et réveiller le corps en conscience. Chaque mouvement est accompagné par la respiration, invitant à bouger en conscience au rythme du souffle. Cette séance offre un véritable espace pour ralentir, se reconnecter et prendre soin à la fois du corps et de l’esprit.
