Overview: The class is designed with beginners in mind and ficused on mindfulness of the breath and body. We’ll start with some breathwork followed by movement & poses suitable for beginners and a closing practice of another round of breathwork. 🌴 This special class on 3 April would be a free community class - to encourage first-timers to try out yoga 🌴🌴 Please bring your own yoga mat and an open mind! 😊
