Bouldering is like a whole body puzzle! And if you never tried we would be happy to have you join us! And the best part is...it's fun and challenging at every level. It is Rock climbing without the ropes, but with lower heights and nice \*soft mats\* to break your fall. :) At Boulderlounge Schlieren we have many routes and skilled staff. We are usually a group of 10-15. And we usually meet at 19:00 at the entrance of Boulderlouge. **mit Elana Andermatt und Andrea Bergamini** Beim Kuscheln geht es um Körperkontakt zwischen Menschen. Genauer gesagt, um entspannten, nicht erotischen Körperkontakt. Daher ist es beim Kuscheln auch nicht wichtig, ob das Gegenüber männlich, weiblich oder divers ist. Wir kultivieren beim Kuscheln absichtslose, liebevolle und nährende Berührung. Es soll möglich sein, sich fallen lassen zu können und in einem sicheren, gehaltenen Rahmen im eigenen Körper anzukommen. In verschiedenen sensitiven, achtsamen Begegnungs- und Berührungs-Übungen, bei denen wir uns auf das Berührt-Sein einlassen, werden wir miteinander vertraut. Wir können mit Nähe und Distanz experimentieren und wie es ist, sich an jemanden oder gleich zwei anzukuscheln und dann doch weiterzuziehen oder auch liegenzubleiben und den Körperkontakt zu geniessen. Die „Kuschel-Energie“, das ist der nährende, entspannte Kontakt zu anderen, ohne dass es in erotische oder sexuelle Bereiche abgleitet. Es geht um achtsame und absichtslose Berührungen und den 100%-igen Respekt deiner individuellen Grenzen! **Decoden Workshop - Design your own charms & accessories** The **Decoden Workshop** offers you the opportunity to immerse yourself in a playful and creative world and design **your own Decoden charms and accessories** . Decoden is a decorative technique that uses a creamy glue, colors, and cute charms. This results in unique designs that are both creative and individual. This workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to try something new and achieve great results with minimal effort. In the Decoden Workshop, you can **customize various objects according to your own style** . A selection is available. * **picture frame** * **cases** * **Handheld mirrors & table mirrors** * **jewelry box** * **hair clip** You decide which object you want to decorate and how playful, colorful, or minimalist your design should be. Each piece is unique and reflects your personal creativity. A major advantage of the Decoding Workshop is its **flexible duration** . You'll need approximately **15 to 30 minutes** per item , depending on the level of detail and design. This makes the workshop suitable for both short creative breaks and longer crafting sessions. You can also create several objects in succession if you'd like to try out different designs. The **price starts at CHF 30 per item** . Included in the price are **one paint color and 20 charms** . All materials are provided, so you don't need to bring anything. You can get started right away and focus entirely on your creative work. If you'd like to use additional paint colors or charms, you can easily add them. Beginners **are very welcome** . You don't need any prior knowledge to participate in the Decoden Workshop. It's important to note the **drying time** : The glue used needs about **two hours** to dry stably and **overnight** to fully harden. **Let's get DIRTY!** In this creative **pottery workshop,** we'll create a lovingly designed **cat bowl** together . You'll work with real clay and create a unique work of art step by step. The finished cat bowl is perfect as a decoration, a jewelry dish, or a small, handmade gift for cat lovers. The workshop is designed so that **no prior knowledge is necessary** . Whether you're working with clay for the first time or already have experience, I'll guide you through the entire process and show you everything at your own pace. The focus is on the joy of creative work and the experience of creating something unique with your own hands. At the beginning of the workshop, you'll have **an hour to knead and model** . During this time, you'll learn how clay feels, how to prepare it properly, and how to create a stable base for your cat bowl. Together, we'll shape the bowl's body and create typical feline features such as ears, face, and paws. I'll show you step by step how to bring your design to life and what to pay attention to so that your bowl is both stable and aesthetically pleasing. In the second part of the workshop, we'll focus on **painting your cat bowl** . You'll have about an hour for this as well. You can choose colors, add patterns, or give your cat a completely unique look. Whether playful, simple, or colorful – every cat bowl will be a truly one-of-a-kind piece. I'll be happy to help you choose colors and give you tips on how to make your creation look its best. If you'd like **to create a larger piece** , that's also possible. In this case, there will be an **additional charge of 10–20 CHF** , as more materials and time will be required. Just let me know during the workshop, and we can find the right solution for your project together. **Finishing your ceramic piece:** After the workshop, your piece will remain in the studio for approximately two days to allow the clay to dry completely. It will then be fired twice. After the first firing, your eggshell will be glazed to give it a beautiful shine, make it durable, and food-safe. During the second firing, the glaze permanently bonds to the clay. The entire waiting period is at least two weeks. **For whom?** The "Cat Bowl" pottery workshop is **suitable for everyone** – children and adults alike. Beginners are very welcome.
