Le torrent dévale la montagne de rochers en cascades, invitant à la baignade." (herault tourisme.com) Un circuit plus court et plus facile pour visiter les célèbres Gorges d'Héric, sans monter sur le plateau du Caroux. Possibilités de baignade dans la rivière d'Héric au cours de la rando. Longueur: 13km, 4h00, dénivelé 600m. Premier rendez-vous avant 9h30 sur le parking du Géant Auchan Montpellier Celleneuve, 129 bis avenue de Lodève, à côté de l'arrêt de tram Tonnelles (ligne 3), pour un départ à 9h30. Prévoir un pique-nique et au moins un litre et demi d'eau. Barème indicatif pour le covoiturage depuis Montpellier: 0,25€/km/voiture (=carburant+usure de la voiture), ce qui fait 40€ à diviser par le nombre d'occupants de la voiture.
