Join Os Angoleiros do Interior for a whole-body experience of Capoeira Angola to close out your day! Come in comfortable clothes as we learn basic movements and tune our senses to the rhythm of Capoeira Angola. Welcome to all levels of movement experience, even if you have never heard of Capoeira! We will begin our jog/run from Anchorvale CC towards Punggol using Sengkang Riverside Park running route, U-turn back to Anchorvale CC once we hit 2.5KM mark (Total distance 5KM) After that, we will end our run @ Anchorvale Village Hawker Centre to mingle and chit chat (No obligation to join for post run session) Notes: ► As there is no storage space for your belongings, do travel light. ► We will do a warm-up at 7.30PM and the run will start at 7.45PM sharp. ► This is a rain-or-shine event.
