¿Qué hacemos? A las 20:00h tenemos una meditación budista guiada. La meditación tiene una duración de unos 25 minutos y es accesible y beneficiosa para personas de todos los niveles de experiencia. ¿Qué es el Camino del Diamante? El Buda dio instrucciones a tres clases de personas. Las primeras que deseaban evitar el sufrimiento recibieron las enseñanzas sobre Causa y Efecto, llamadas Camino Angosto (Hinayana). El segundo tipo de personas sentía la necesidad de beneficiar a los demás, por lo que les dio enseñanzas sobre compasión y sabiduría, llamadas Gran Camino (Mahayana). Finalmente a las personas que tenían una confianza sólida en su propio potencial y en de los demás, el Buda explicó enseñanzas del Camino del Diamante (Vajrayana). En este último nivel utilizamos métodos de identificación con la meta y actuamos como un Buda hasta que llegamos a ser como él. En el nivel más elevado, la meta, es el completo desarrollo de la mente, a lo cual denominó el Gran Sello (Mahamudra). ¿Quiénes somos? El Centro Budista Camino del Diamante de Barcelona forma parte de los más de 700 centros de meditación a nivel internacional de la tradición Karma Kagyu del Budismo Tibetano. Estos centros han sido fundados y guiados por Lama Ole Nydahl y su esposa Hannah Nydahl, de acuerdo con los deseos de H. H. XVI Karmapa. Ahora están bajo la guía espiritual de H.H. XVII Gyalwa Karmapa, Trinley Thaye Dorje. Nuestro centro está formado por personas que tienen sus propios trabajos e incorporan las enseñanzas y las meditaciones del Camino del Diamante en sus vidas cotidianas. Nuestros miembros comparten la responsabilidad de guiar meditaciones, contestar preguntas y dar explicaciones sobre budismo. Nuestro trabajo no es remunerado y se basa en el idealismo y la amistad. If yes, then this meetup will be very interesting for you. • WHAT IS A MEETUP ABOUT? We ask, answer and discuss questions and ideas to stimulate critical thinking and to widen our perspectives with new concepts and thoughts. The main purpose of these meetups is to enrich ourselves with the perspectives of others, not to convince others about our own perspectives. Hola! Soy Bruna, profe de Yoga aquí en Barcelona con formación en Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga y Yoga Pre y Post Natal. Actualmente estoy cursando una formación en Acupuntura y Medicina Tradicional China en la escuela Li Ping. Estoy fascinada por el potencial curativo que reside en el cuerpo, la belleza de sus movimientos y como a través del movimiento consciente, una mente enfocada y una respiración nutritiva, podemos llegar a conectar con nuestros cuerpos mas sutiles, recordando y cuidando nuestra parte espiritual. Mis clases en el barrio de Gracia son clases de Vinyasa Yoga: empiezan con una breve temática y pranayama, luego vamos hacia la secuencia de vinyasa yoga y acabamos con unas posturas de Yin Yoga para rendirnos completamente a la relajación al final de la practica. L’any 2026 es compleixen 90 anys de l’inici de la Guerra Civil i és a més en el que es compleixen 50 de l’aprovació per les Corts franquistes de la Llei per a la Reforma Política quan feia un any de la mort del dictador. Aquest curs pretén repassar, sis dècades després, no ja que va conduir a la revolta feixista contra l’ordre democràtic, sinó, que ha passat perquè després d’una guerra fratricida i una dictadura de gairebé quatre dècades, la nostra societat estigui evolucionant cap a una situació on res fosc no sembla haver passat.
