Lectio simply means “read” or “text”. It is a prayerful reading of a text multiple times (Scripture), interspersed with silence. The “Lectio at Lunch” practice is provided to offer you an additional avenue of spiritual practice during a time of physical distance. The Humanist Monthly Program is our longest running event and still a community favorite. In the old days it used to be called "Going to HCCO" and we still like to think of it as our flagship event.
