Du arbeitest mit Gruppen und Teams oder bewegst dich in den Bereichen Facilitation, Moderation, Training oder Coaching? Dann könnte die Facilitation Fiesta genau das Richtige für dich sein.
Die Facilitation Fiesta ist ein Ort für Begegnung, Austausch und gemeinsames Lernen. Sie bringt Menschen zusammen, die Lust haben, Methoden auszuprobieren, Erfahrungen zu teilen und sich mit anderen zu vernetzen, die ebenfalls mit Menschen und Gruppen arbeiten.
Jede Session widmet sich einem eigenen Thema und schafft Raum für neue Impulse, praktische Einblicke und Austausch.
Zum Auftakt starten wir mit dem Thema: **Impro-Methoden für die Arbeit mit Gruppen und in Workshop-Settings.**

This week's event will be hosted by Sridhar (Srinivasan) one of our regulars, who is rediscovering the joy of being in nature and in community. He enjoys the stimulating interactions that arise from new connections while walking, and hopes that others also find their spark and are moved to flow, that eventually fulfills them.

Willst du auch mehr Bewegung in dein Leben bringen? Und dich dabei noch gut unterhalten, so dass die Zeit verfliegt?
Dann bist du hier genau richtig, denn mir geht es genauso. Alleine ist langweilig und die Zeit vergeht nicht, daher hab ich mir Walk & Talk überlegt. Inspiriert wurde ich durch die Walk & Talk Gruppe in Hamburg, wo ich mehrere Male dabei war als ich in Hamburg lebte. Unterschiedliche Menschen treffen sich einmal in der Woche für einen flotten Spaziergang und unterhalten sich dabei. Ich liebe es neue Menschen kennenzulernen und auch bekannte Gesichter wiederzusehen, dann geh ich ganz nebenbei und das macht auch noch Spaß.😊
**Walk:**
Wir brauchen einfach regelmäßige Bewegung und ich weiß selbst, wie schwierig es ist, diese in den Alltag zu integrieren. Deshalb ist dieser Walk genau richtig. Nach diesem Spaziergang fühlst du dich einfach wohl, fit und entspannt.
**Talk:**
Das Reden kommt ganz von selbst beim Gehen. Du kannst über alles reden, egal, ob privates oder berufliches, alles was sich ergibt ist willkommen. Und wenn du keinen Bock aufs Reden hast, dann gehst du alleine, auch das ist völlig in Ordnung.
**Wie das ganze abläuft:**
* Die Teilnahme ist völlig kostenlos.
* Wo: U6 Spittelau (im Freien), Richtung Donaukanal, Ausgang Josef-Holaubek-Platz, direkt vor dem Fernwärme-Turm (https://maps.app.goo.gl/XwAayz4FQe2EW8WK9) Wenn du mit der U4 kommst, geh bitte zum Hauptgebäude, wo die Züge und die U6 fahren.
* Wann: Wir treffen uns dienstags um 13 Uhr, egal, ob bei Regen, Sturm und Kälte oder bestem Sonnenschein – Walk & Talk findet nahezu JEDE Woche statt außer ich bin mal im Urlaub.
* Wir starten pünktlich und beginnen mit einer kurzen Vorstellungsrunde.
* Wie gehen am Donaukanal entlang von Höhe Spittelau bis zum Schwedenplatz und zurück.
* Ca. 7 Kilometer sind wir unterwegs und unterhalten uns dabei mit interessanten Menschen. Dabei kannst du neue Bekanntschaften schließen, dich inspirieren lassen, von Projekten erzählen oder einfach nur smalltalken und die frische Luft genießen. Alles ist erlaubt.
* Nach ca. 1,75 Stunden sind wir wieder am Ausgangspunkt zurück.
* Bei einer Teilnahme von über 5 Personen gehen wir in Paaren und wechseln diese alle 10 Min. Wenn du aber lieber alleine gehst, ist das auch vollkommen in Ordnung.
* Für alle, die einfach mal etwas Neues ausprobieren wollen.

Du musst nichts vorbereiten oder dich gar anmelden, komm einfach vorbei. Ausreden gibt es nicht. Geh mit und freu dich auf eine tolle neue Erfahrung.

Ich bin Marie Meyer-Marktl und Ideengeberin, Host und Organisatorin von Walk & Talk. Ich unterstütze seit 2019 Menschen dabei Freude ins Arbeitsleben zu bekommen und bin Business und Life Coachin. „Strahle, wenn du an deine Arbeit denkst“, ist meine Vision für jedermann und jedefrau. Privat merkte ich, dass ich endlich wieder mehr Bewegung brauche – und das klappt am besten gemeinsam mit anderen Menschen. Sei dabei bei Walk & Talk und bring Bewegung in dein Leben.

This event is suited for all people who like to connect to other people and like to walk. The beauty of this regular event is that you are in the nature and you walk around 7 kilometers. In the meantime, if you feel for it, you talk, if not, you just walk. You do something for your health, get to know new people and you will feel much better.

We play Tuesday Night Football (outdoor only) . We play 90 minutes (kick off is at 20:30, and we meet at least 15 minutes before for a warm up phase). Post-Corona football matches are most likely between 14-16 and 28-32 players. If you would like to join please bring artificial turf shoes (like the ones for indoor turf) and shin pads (not mandatory but definitely recommendable). We play light: no sliding, hard tackling, fighting, screaming, & hopefully no injuries. We need to respect current regulations in Vienna, Austria.

One small final note:
Please avoid trying to take justice in your hands. Any misbehavior on your part, such as responding in an obscene way, fighting, or leaving the pitch is not a practical and diplomatic way of resolving the issues (it tends to create more tension and cause more problems). Let’s be respectful and mature and try to enjoy the game we all love.

Maestro Impro (TM) Free Warm-up
The excitement, the fun, the drama - experience Maestro Impro(TM), the most famous theatresports format across the world!
Improvisors from Vienna’s vibrant improv scene will be joined by international guests to fight for the audience’s favor. The show has an elimination structure, where randomly chosen improvisors play scenes with each other. The directors set up the scenes, which will be scored by the audience. The players given the highest scores continue while those with lower numbers leave the show. This goes on for several rounds until only one improvisor remains - the Maestro.
You can also be part of the show - if you want! The directors will host a free warm-up workshop for all contestants to get to know each other. And we invite everyone to join us for this workshop. At the end, we will ask for volunteers and pick a few participants to go on stage with the already set cast. This offer is open for all levels of impro, even beginners!
This time the warm-up will be led by our directors Shawn Fisher and Hanna Scharf-

🎳 Let’s play skittles! „Queer Kegeln“
Join our monthly “Queer Kegelabend”, which is mostly a pure fun event with a slight sportive touch. No previous experience required. Beginners and all genders most welcome! It is our ambition to welcome a broadly diversified crowd! Your own omfortable footwear might contribute to an enjoyable evening.

There is no drinks or food service in the basement (Kegelbahn) of Café Weidinger. So feel free to order something on arrival and take it downstairs before we get started. Alternatively bring your own drinks or food. Yes, this is possible!
Its chatting, meeting (new) people, catching-up with the ones you might already know from our monthly MeetUps at the HIVE or other events. Communication is key, like always. Let’s enjoy a nice evening together with a modest sportive touch on the side!
**Please show respect to the others and arrive on time.** As we need to line-up the players before getting starteted, hence late comers unfortunately can´t be admitted.
**What is skittles play (Kegeln)?**
Skittles play has a very long tradition in Europe and is the game before the Americans "invented" bowling. So we will play with 9 pins and smaller balls with less weight compared to bowling.
**Costs:** To rent the skittle alley is just EUR 8 per hour for the whole group. We will divide costs by the number of participants.
So expect a contribution of around *EUR 2-3 for the whole evening*. The number of participants is limited.
The machinery of the skittle alley is coin operated and accepts EUR 1 coins only. So please bring along a few EUR 1 coins to keep the machinery going!
**Participation Fee:** To help cover the Meetup maintenance fee, we recommend a donation of 1-2 Euros directly to the organizers.
**Results:** The results of the evening (Igo is so kind to count the scores and enters theses for each participant in a spreadsheet) are published in the "pictures" area of the MeetUp. Historic results are availble there.
**Cafe Weidinger** has not been renovated over the last at least 50 years.
The skittles alley dates from 1964. You can feel this "special flair". A bit shaby, but inexpensive fun for a whole evening.
It´s almost a museum of a skittles alley.
**The difference between bowling and skittles play**:
* The bowling lanes are covered with an oil film, the skittles lane is not.
* In bowling, the ball is is considerably larger and heavier.
* Bowling lanes are slightly curved, our lane is flat.
* Bowling balls have three holes, our balls have none, one or two. Most of our balls have two holes.
* Nine pins are thrown instead of ten.
* In bowling, the pins are set up by so-called pin-setter machines and therefore stand freely in contrast to skittles, where the pins hang from strings.
* Our skittles lane is an asphalt lane.
* You do not need to rent or bring special shoes llike for bowling. But to play in sneakers or sportive footwear is more comfortable.

There will be no teaching, no authority — only open dialogue and attentive listening.
Everyone is welcome, whether you are familiar with Jiddu Krishnamurti or simply curious about life and self-understanding.
We’ll start with an open conversation around a theme such as “Listening without judgment” or “Can thought bring clarity?”

The spirit is not to discuss “what should be,” but to observe together “what is.”

The Alliance All-Voices Chorus Open Rehearsal
The Alliance is part of the Greater Central Ohio Chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society. We are an all-voices chorus dedicated to providing an inclusive environment for all those who love to sing, regardless of their race, gender identity, sexual orientation or musical background. The Alliance is the first and only all-voices barbershop chorus in Central Ohio.
**Who:** Anyone with a passion for singing at a high level. Previous barbershop chorus/quartet experience not required.
