Sometimes we keep thinking about the same situation, emotion, or life question — but cannot fully see it from the outside. As part of my studies in Systemic Counseling (“Systemische Beratung”), I would like to create a small, professionally inspired reflective space for thoughtful and respectful conversations. In this reflection circle, one person at a time can share something that is currently on their mind, while the others listen carefully and later reflect on what they noticed, felt, or understood from their own perspective. The goal is not to give quick advice or “fix” problems. The goal is to discover new perspectives through attentive listening and structured reflection. ✨ No experience is needed.
