La séance débute par un temps d’ancrage et de connexion à la respiration, permettant de se recentrer et d’arriver pleinement dans le corps. Des mouvements doux et progressifs viennent ensuite mobiliser les articulations et réveiller le corps en conscience. Chaque mouvement est accompagné par la respiration, invitant à bouger en conscience au rythme du souffle. Cette séance offre un véritable espace pour ralentir, se reconnecter et prendre soin à la fois du corps et de l’esprit. On apprend à s’écouter, à respecter ses limites et à être attentif aux messages du corps. L’accent est mis sur la connexion entre le mouvement et les ressentis, plutôt que sur la performance. 🚌 **What?** A weekend group trip from *Baden* to *Strasbourg (France)* ! Ride the train to/from there together while drinking wine, stroll around the city's old district and gardens, practice your French (or fake accent) at the local brasseries, join a group wine-tasting & demolish breakfast buffets! The travel packages we can get include 2-night stays in double-rooms at a local hotel with breakfast & a wine-tasting. Read below for details! **⚙️ How does it work?** We have gotten a certain number of double-room packages in Strasbourg, with breakfast and a wine tasting. Join us as we get together to get together to help those in need at this CMG Gives Back event! We have a great little community of Movie Group friends so rather than see a movie this time, we’ll help “create a better world” by helping serve those in need. Here are complete details and our plan for this event: FAITH MISSION – GRANT KITCHEN: The Faith Mission kitchen and dining room serves residents 3 meals a day, every day of the year. For this event, our group will help prepare food, serve meals, assist residents in the dining room, wash dishes, and clean surfaces. PLAN: We will be preparing / serving / cleaning for BRUNCH from 10:30am to 12:30pm and have space for a total of 7 volunteers. Please arrive at 10:20am and wear closed-toe shoes and long pants. LOCATION: Faith Mission – Grant Kitchen is located at 245 N. Grant Ave. Enter the kitchen at Dock 1 (in the back of the building), indicated in the attached map. On-site parking in the adjacent lot and street parking is available in the surrounding area. **Comedy Night + Open Mic + Freestyle**: Tristan Shae and friends return to entertain us and to warm the group up for our open mic session. February's Open Mic / Comedy Night was a smash hit and it's worth a second night. We'll start with Tristan Shae and a couple of his friends. Tristan is an alternative comic from Columbus, Ohio. A counselor by day, Tristan explores how comedy can improve mental health by telling jokes and stories that muse on how absurd life can be from squeaky clean topics to not so clean ones.
