Modern websites are complex, dynamic, and protected by many anti-scraping systems. At the same time, companies need large amounts of structured data from the web. In this event, we will focus on a real scraping use case and use it to explain how modern scraping works. You will learn what kinds of protections websites use today, what tools can be used depending on website difficulty, and what technical challenges appear in practice. Hi ladies. We will meet in front of the Nature Center and head to the two Observation decks. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.

Hike approx 4.0 miles at approx. 17 minute mile pace. Meet in front of the Nature Center.

Meet at Wolfe Park parking lot by tennis courts. We willl walk along Alum Creek trail, through Jeffrey Mansion Park then along Bexley neighborhood and back. Optional lunch at Trolley District.

Join us for a two mile trail hike alongside the Brookside Trail at Blendon Woods Metro Park. This trail is largely gravel and does include some hills and stairs. Hopefully we will see some wildlife while hike this scenic trail! Join us!
