If you have an interest in spiritual topics like Dreams, Past Lives, or Soul Travel, then join other like-hearted Souls in conversation and some exercise as we take a spiritual walk around St. Anne’s Park in Clontarf, Dublin. **Location** St. Anne’s Park contains some original features, including a walled garden, the grand avenue and a number of follies. In the last few decades, a rose garden, walking trails and the Millennium Arboretum have been added, which contain over 1000 varied trees. **Meeting Time** We’ll meet at 12:00 pm close to the entrance gate to the Red Stables, and go for a stroll from there. The weather will probably determine our route, but we are open to all suggestions. **How to get there / Transport** If you’re using public transport, the best bus to get is the 130 from Talbot Street, Dublin 1, to Park Lawn, and you’ll have a 5-minute walk to St. Anne’s Park, close to the Red Stables. **Below are the routes which pass close to St. Anne’s Park.** 130, Talbot Street, to Mount Prospect Avenue. Also be aware that the DART line between Dun Laoghaire and Connolly will be closed on Monday, 6th April due to works on the line. If you’re driving, there are a number of car parks in St Anne’s and some on-street parking nearby. **Our Walk** While walking, we will try to be present in the moment, be mindful of our thoughts, observe what is presented to us and what comes into our awareness. We'd love to hear your stories and any spiritual insights you’d like to share. We’re also happy to answer any spiritual questions you may have, offering Eckankar’s view of life and spirituality. **Food** You can bring some food for a picnic, and for sharing if you like. There is a nice cafe, Olive’s Room, at the Red Stables, but keep in mind, this closes at 5:00 pm. You’re welcome to join us for as long as you wish to suit your own schedule. We’ll probably aim to return to the Red Stables around 3:00 pm. **All are welcome!**

Join us on **Easter Monday, 6 April**, for a **Parks on the Air (POTA)** outing from **Ticknock** in the Dublin Mountains. If you have not come across POTA before, it is all about bringing amateur radio into the great outdoors, setting up in a qualifying park, and making contacts from the field. We did a quieter test run on Bull Island recently and it went well, so this time we are opening it up to the wider **TOG community and the public**. We will meet at **10:30am** at the **Ticknock café** and then head off to find a good place to set up and operate. We expect to be on air for around **two hours**. You are very welcome to come along, help out, and even have a go on the radio using the **club callsign EI0TOG**. Jeffrey Roe, **EI7IRB**, will be leading the activation. Jeffrey is planning to cycle out, but there is parking nearby too. If radio is not really your thing, or you do not want to stay for the whole activation, Ticknock has plenty of walks so you can still join us for part of the outing. After the POTA activation, there are also IRTS 2m and 70cm contests running, so anyone who wants to keep the radio fun going is welcome to do that too. As always, this one is weather dependent. The topic for April is "Water" Speak Easy: true stories, told live. The idea is simple: an audience, an open microphone, and great stories. Hilarious, gripping, poignant- it's up to you. Audiences are invited to come to listen or come to tell as folks from all corners of Columbus offer their stories live on stage! Held at Wild Goose Creative's warm, intimate space, this night of tales occurs on the 3rd Thursday of every month. Doors open at 6:30 pm, show starts at 7:00 pm. Please arrive early if you want to tell, as we generally only have room for a limited number of tellers, and the sign-up sheet has a tendency to fill up fast. Formed around the idea that people need stories--they're what hold and draw us together--SpeakEasy celebrates the strangeness and commonness of being human. And in a world of smartphones, Facebook, Twitter, and more . . . it gives people a real, breathing, in-person way to connect. The night is geared for true stories of all kinds, taking the best tales told around kitchen tables, in darkened pubs, on the street corner, and at late-night parties and giving them an audience. Join us for a two mile trail hike alongside the Brookside Trail at Blendon Woods Metro Park. This trail is largely gravel and does include some hills and stairs. Hopefully we will see some wildlife while hike this scenic trail! Join us!
