🤰🏽 Heavenly Mamas every Monday in Heaven! Now with Pilates! Monday March 20th we will be creating this fun paradise for pregnant moms and moms with newborns with the wonderful company of @arantxadoula and @feher_zsano to guide us with the best recommendations and support possible 💜💜💜. At 10:00 we start with a Pilates class for pregnant women at the price you set so you can try it! 🍲 Then we open a big group meeting so everyone can chat and get to know each other, but we'll also split into a Spanish-speaking group and an English-speaking group so you can get easily understandable advice and support from our doula in the language of your choice. There will be tea and light snacks for a reasonable price and optional mini-massages for a donation to help the body adapt during maternity. On the last Monday of every month we'll have a flea market and item exchange to help you clean out the cupboards or earn a few bucks for the baby related stuff you're ready to part with! March 27 is next! Once a month we will also have lunch after the group with different professionals who will delve into specific topics that interest us. After Easter, we will enjoy a workshop with nutritionist @carolinanutritionbaby : knowledgeable, endearing, fun, and with a ton of useful information! We are also preparing a baby massage course with an experienced reflexologist (and so much more!) Amanda O'shea from @theserendipityexperience ! Write us with your ideas and concerns and we will bring the best team to answer your questions and give you the support you need. Make friends and play games! The evening begins at 19:45 where participants will meet, sign in, and grab a beverage. At 20:00, we will have a focused, 1-hour workshop on one aspect of improvisation (e.g. characters, cooperation, physicality). We'll then have a short break followed by an improv jam at 21:15. No experience is necessary to play in the jam and it's okay to just watch. Don't mind the attendance numbers. Our regular attendees just show up and don't RSVP here. Usual attendance is 8-10 for the workshop and 10-15 for the jam. Come for the workshop or the jam, all are welcome on this island of misfit toys. Both events are donation based.

No necesitas conocimiento previo, solo ganas de venir a entrenar y divertirte! ✨Pero que es el Animal Flow? Es un tipo de entrenamiento donde se combinan una serie de movimientos de manera fluida utilizando solamente el cuerpo. Es una práctica diferente, divertida, donde se gana fuerza, flexibilidad y coordinación. Y que vamos hacer?👇🏽 ✨Movilización de muñecas, ejercicios para aumentar la fuerza,flex y movilidad de las muñecas, ya que vamos a estar mucho tiempo arriba de nuestras manos. ✨Activaciones, ejercicios estáticos/isométricos, para tener una estabilidad global en el cuerpo osea la base para poder fluir de una forma continua y controlada. ✨Form specifics stretches, estiramientos que comienzan en una posición base y luego se mueven a través de varios rangos de movimiento, fuerza a través del movimiento. ✨Switches y trasnsitions, la mayor parte del flow, movimientos dinámicos que se vinculan entre sí para formar las combinaciones. ✨Flows, es un flujo coreografiado, como podría ser una danza, combinando todo lo aprendido. It takes place in a very spacious and bright studio and you are welcomed to come with your own ideas or simply follow along and let your creativity blossom during the mindful 3 hours of making. The main technique used during the session is hand-building giving you the option to create functional ware or small sculptural work. Beginners will be guided through the process using techniques such as slab building, coiling, pinching, texturing and surface decoration. The more advanced will be free to create and those with experience throwing would be welcomed to use the wheel which would need to be reserved in advance. Those of you who would like to learn about glazing would need to book 2 workshops. The workshops are mainly run in English but I do speak Catalan and Spanish. They also provide a great opportunity for non-native speakers to practice their English. They last 3 hours, materials and aprons are provided and your pieces will be fired and ready for pick up around 10 days after. Cost: 42.00€ PayPal/person or 40€ Bizum. The main technique used during the session is hand-building giving you the option to make so many different things for yourself, friends or family - bowls, plates, sushi dishes, plants pots and much more. Beginners will be guided through the process of making things using techniques such as slab building, coiling, pinching, texturing, under-glazing and glazing. The more advanced will be free to create and those with experience throwing would be welcome to use my wheel (to be reserved in advance).
