The Easter Vigil is the church’s oldest and most powerful Easter celebration—the night where we move from **darkness to light**, from **death to life**, and from **silence to joy**. We begin outside (weather permitting) with **new fire**, listen to the big story of God’s saving love through Scripture, renew baptismal promises, and finally sing the **first “Alleluia!”** of Easter. And when the service ends, the celebration keeps going: **stay for Easter Midnight Brunch**—a warm, festive (and very human) way to welcome Easter together. ### What to expect A longer service than usual (and worth it): candlelight, readings, music, prayer, and a joyful turn into Easter.
