Anxiety Relief Meditation
Anxiety can be an overwhelming feeling. There might not be a reason for it, but it can still take hold of you. People might tell you to “relax.” They will want to reassure you “everything is all right,” but that doesn’t usually help.
To eliminate anxiety, you must eliminate the root cause of it. In our minds, we hold so many pictures of our past experiences. Therefore, you can become anxious when there seems to be no reason for it because you are not seeing the present situation as it is but through the pictures in your mind. Your body responds to the stress or danger signals your mind is sending and you feel anxious, without even knowing the original stimuli

The idea behind improv is to create entire scenes from scratch based on a suggestion from the audience. This can be done in game form, like *Whose Line Is It Anyway*, *ComedySportz*, or *Wild 'n Out*; it could also be done to tell stories, like *Middleditch and Schwartz*. Our meetup, which is central Ohio's longest running (and free!) weekly comedy event, brings the games (and occasionally different forms) for you to play in a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment. Hundred Acre Wood Hike
Join us Tuesday (6/2) at 6:30 pm as we hike the Hundred Acre Woods in Westerville. This is a beautiful trail that is filled of hills and roots but a picturesque wooded landscape to hike. Wear your hiking boots if you have them. We will do 2 loops of the 1 mile trail.
