I'm really excited to announce our next Meet Up event. It will take place at Core studio in Rennweg Rennweg 12, 8001 Zurich. Designed to strengthen, release and stretch muscle tensions, conditioning your body by increasing your range of motion and flexibility as well as overcoming back pain; improving your posture and circulation so you can exercise more efficiently, whilst keeping your body injury free. The class is structured as a workout & stretch combination. Open to all levels. You will need to bring a smile, some water and wear comfortable exercise cloths. The class will be 60 minutes which should be more than enough to get those muscles warmed up and you posturised ready for the next session. Tiene mil caminos preciosos en la ciudad y en la naturaleza esperando a que los descubran. Suiza, ay!, me tiene enamorada! Cuando llegue de mi pais aqui hace más de 11 años, fue muy duro, si. El idioma... El suizo creo que lo entiendo un 30%... o bueno un 20% si hablan con muchas ggrgrgr. Pero con el aleman me defiendo. Y si no, en inglés. Y si no en español que muchas personas aqui ven novelas hispanas en la tele o han estado 2 meses en Buenos Aires o Madrid y te entienden perfectamente. Y si no por señas! Que al final te haces una experta en lenguaje corporal y no hace falta ni hablar! 😂 Bromas aparte, me habria gustado aprender mas rápido todo lo bueno que tiene este pais para ofrecer.
