**Thursday Night Football is back!** Our decade-long tradition of playing Thursday night games continues at **Turnhalle Lind Nord** in Winterthur! Open to all skill levels, newcomers, as well as regular players. The cost will be CHF 10 per game or there is the option to pay for the whole year. The attendance is limited to 12 players, if the meetup list is full then please join the waitlist as we regularly have people dropping out the day of the event. **Parking** There is no parking at Lind Nord, however there is paid parking at Museumplatz 3 or Kreuzstrasse 13, both of which are about 2 min walking distance **No-shows** We ask everyone to respect others who wish to play, and that means dropping out if you know that you won't play. You are responsible for keeping your RSVP up-to-date, not the organisers. Our no-show rules: * -No-shows will pay the regular fee for that game (even if they already paid for the season) plus the fees for those that were on the waitlist (so x times the regular fee). This way, the people in the waitlist will play a future game for free, as a small consolation present. * -No-shows might loose their place to those in the waitlist the next time they sign up when there is a waitlist * -No-show cutoff time is 2 hours before event start, to give others enough time to plan in advance. So even if you cancel after 18:30, if someone could not play because of you, you are still considered a no-show **IMPORTANT:** If its your first time please also send me a message for more details. Welcome to the Competitive Play Session. This session takes place every Saturday from 10:45 to 12:15 at the Yonex Badminton Hall Hardbrücke. The number of players on the waitlist one week in advance determines the number of courts booked. If you are on the waitlist but can no longer attend, please remove yourself as early as possible. Players are accepted into the session based on skill suitability. This session is for experienced players looking for quality games. Play is focused on doubles with a competitive mindset and consistent rallies. You should be comfortable smashing, return smashes and keeping up a moderate tempo throughout the session. New players and those who are new to badminton are welcome to join the PM Session (Open Level Play). Payment can be made via TWINT after the session.

Short North Street Skates return Saturday, April 4 and we’re excited to get back rolling together. These weekly rollouts are a chance to move through the city as a group, build community, and create more visibility for skating and small-wheeled movement in Columbus. Details: Meet: 1160 N High St 9:30 AM meet 10:00 AM rollout All wheels welcome We’ll be skating through the Short North and surrounding areas at a steady, social pace. Routes will use a mix of streets and bike lanes, so comfort navigating the city is helpful, but you don’t need to be an expert. If you’ve been meaning to come out, this is a great place to start. We'll hike 3.4 miles on the Killdeer and Yellowlegs Trails - both out and back gravel trails. If we want more mileage we can repeat an out and back. Pace of around 3.5 mph, no one left behind and those who want to go faster sure can! As always optional lunch after. This is the second Metro Park in the lineup for me - with 21 to go (plus more are being added).
