Hier werden dir Grundlagen und Wissen von Sahaja Yoga-Meditation vorgestellt: speziell über Kundalini, Energiezentren, subtile Kanäle in und einfache Techniken, die unterstützend auf unser inneres Wachstum wirken und uns ins Gleichgewicht bringen. Wir lernen wie wir in unserem täglichen Leben in Balance kommen und in einem Zustand der Stille Kraft schöpfen können. Ein zentraler Punkt ist die spürbare Stille in jedem von uns. Sie ist der Moment im Hier und Jetzt, der uns Inspiration, Freude und vieles mehr schenkt. As a reminder for those nervous about their fitness level: Everything we do, we do with all fitness levels in mind; so the exercises are always adjustable to your level and you’re always strongly encouraged to take it at your own pace - I mean, we’re not called My Pace for nothing! Join us for **two hours** of badminton! This event is open for all levels and ages! It is part of the club Sportunion Vienna Badminton Community. We are playing at USZ Hietzing (Altgasse 6, 1130, close to the U4 station Hietzing). The hall (Große Halle) is on the second floor. The changing room is on the first floor in the long corridor. Please bring a racket, sports clothes and shoes and a water bottle. We provide feather shuttles. You can also likely borrow a racket from one of our players if you need to.
