A group for artists who are interested in drawing or painting from live models. This is not a class, but an opportunity for you to practice your skills and, if you like, get feedback and ideas from other artists. We meet at locations that are close to public transport and easily accessible by car. The meetings take place in the evenings or at weekends. All you need to bring is your own paper and drawing materials (we have drawing boards and easels). The cost for each evening meeting is 40 CHF to cover the cost of the room and model. Suiza. Si, Suiza es diferente. Hay unas tiendecitas donde tomas tu producto directamente y dejas el dinero. Y funcionan! Suiza. Tiene mil caminos preciosos en la ciudad y en la naturaleza esperando a que los descubran. Suiza, ay!, me tiene enamorada! Cuando llegue de mi pais aqui hace más de 11 años, fue muy duro, si. El idioma... El suizo creo que lo entiendo un 30%... o bueno un 20% si hablan con muchas ggrgrgr. Pero con el aleman me defiendo. Y si no, en inglés. Y si no en español que muchas personas aqui ven novelas hispanas en la tele o han estado 2 meses en Buenos Aires o Madrid y te entienden perfectamente. Y si no por señas! Que al final te haces una experta en lenguaje corporal y no hace falta ni hablar! 😂 Bromas aparte, me habria gustado aprender mas rápido todo lo bueno que tiene este pais para ofrecer. Este plan es una pequeña muestra de ello. Una actividad guiada pensada para hacer nuevas amistades, disfrutar del entorno y pasar un buen rato juntas. 🐕 Para todos los publicos. Peques y perritos son muy bienvenidos! The Humanist Monthly Program is our longest running event and still a community favorite. In the old days it used to be called "Going to HCCO" and we still like to think of it as our flagship event. We will be hearing from Becca Powell, Director of Advocacy and Outreach at Unchained At Last, an organization whose mission is dedication to ending forced and child marriage in the United States through direct services and systems change. Unchained At Last's mission clearly meshes and addresses several of our Humanist Ten Commitments. Becca will educate us about an issue many of us may not be familiar with--but should be.
