“I track my success to the people I know and can reach quickly. My business would not be possible without the quality of my personal network. “ -Dale Carnegie This is the power network in the South Bay. Nothing comes close to the business owners, entrepreneurs and power players in this network. If you have been struggling to break into the best companies, fighting to get your share of deals, or trying to get introductions with the most in demand CEO's then this is for you. Here's what you will get: Access to the top entrepreneurs in the South Bay. Here's how it works: This select group meets each week to reconnect with the sole purpose of supporting each others businesses - specifically to give warm referrals. We give leads that are from highly trusted sources. Here's what I want you to do next: Apply for the group on the link below. We will review your application and discuss it with the group to see if it is a good fit. The goal is to find entrepreneurs who are hungry to grow. You don't have to have a huge business, only the fierce burning desire to connect with South Bay businesses. We help you do this by offering tools to scale your business, implement new growth strategies, connect with subject matter experts and get your high level questions answered. Each week we meet to go over what we learned the previous week. You will meet the same people each week, get to know them and understand their business. This is an intimate setting for CEO's and business owners to get referrals, learn new information and get moral support. The CEO's journey can be lonely, this is a place to regroup and recharge. We are all supporting each other go grow our businesses, and the synergy created is greater than you could do alone. Be warned, this is a participation group only. If you want to join just to take deals and not give anything in return or provide real value to members then it won't work for you. The people who succeed are the ones who share knowledge, offer expertise and give domain specific knowledge to the other CEO's. A contractor doubled his business after 1 year as a member. An wellness center expanded into another city during the pandemic and doubled revenue every quarter. A business insurance firm wrote new policies for multiple million dollars in their first 100 days. A video production company got 10 new high paying clients in the first quarter. This is a group for people who are committed to taking their business to the next level and want to be surrounded by people who will push them to get there quickly. We are all supporting each other go grow our businesses, and the synergy created is greater than you could do alone. At the end of the meeting you will have a dozen new friends, ideas that will give your business a spark, and possibly new referrals that will be ideal for your business. Who knows, you may even get a million dollar idea, which is what Colleen had when she started this group. \*Note\* We need to talk or email with you before the meeting, please reach out to any of the admins to introduce yourself. We need your name and email. Then we will email you the meeting link. We regularly have 20+ people in the live meetings, which may not be reflected on this page.

This session introduces Squad: an open-source framework for multi-agent orchestration that lets you define teams of AI agents with specific roles, responsibilities, and expertise. We'll progress from Copilot basics to the Copilot CLI, explore how Agents add autonomy, and see how Instructions and Skills let you customize agent behavior. Then, the climax: a live demo where a Squad team of 3 agents (Lead, Developer, Tester) stands up and builds a working application in real-time, showcasing true multi-agent collaboration. Whether you're new to AI or exploring how to scale your use of Copilot, this session will show you what's possible when agents work as a team. **YouTube Link** TBD

Columbus Arduino Raspberry Pi Enthusiasts (CARPE) (Check Location)
Bring your Raspberry Pi, Arduino, microcontroller, or any other electronic project and join fellow electronics makers for a night of creativity and collaboration! This session is open forum to share your current projects—whether complete or in progress, it’s all interesting! Whether you’re deep into embedded systems, exploring new ideas, or just getting started, you’ll find a welcoming space to collaborate, share, and get inspired. **New to electronics or curious about tinkering?** You’re absolutely welcome. If you’re a beginner and want to experiment, I’ll have a couple of starter kits available so you can try things out—whether that’s blinking your first LED, putting something on a display, or experimenting with simple sensors. No pressure and no experience required—just an interest in learning and building. While we continue to pursue a more permanent venue for this Meetup, we’ll be using public library facilities based on availability. This session will be at the Worthington Park Library in the Olentangy Meeting Room.
