Towards the end of the session we’ll transition into a slow flow focused on stretching to create space and flexibility. We’ll end with a mindfulness exercise such as pranayama, yoga Nidra, practicing meditation tools, etc. The class is accompanied by a carefully designed playlist and is fit for all levels.
