Through a mixture of storytelling, discussion, and integration exercises we will be diving into the myths and legends that first governed indigenous beliefs around earth, elements and sacred nature- and how these have evolved over time into our modern experience. Covering topics that touch on the elements- and the power of nature, herbs, and sacred medicine- the focus of this salon is to examine our connection to nature, and how we may live back in balance again with nature. As a special bonus we will have a small sampling of refreshments available to experience a sensual and grounding journey of all the wonderful gifts the earth has to offer- as well as a tea bar at the end for you to make your own personal tea blend to bring home.
