SalsaPractica: Es ist keine Kursstunde, sondern gedacht, um Knöpfe zu lösen oder Figuren zu üben die noch nicht so ganz gelingen. Es wird langsame Musik abgespielt, perfekt um zu üben. Lehrer sind vor Ort zur Beratung und Einstufung. Die Salsa Practica ist nicht gratis, sondern ein Bestandteil von der Party und im Partyeintritt inbegriffen. Practica Lehrer erkennt man an speziellen T-Shirts oder ein Schlüsselanhängern. Geht gerne aktiv auf die Lehrer zu, wenn Hilfe gebraucht wird. Man kann auch einfach kommen zum selber üben.

I'm really excited to announce our next Meet Up event. It will take place at Core studio in Rennweg Rennweg 12, 8001 Zurich. Designed to strengthen, release and stretch muscle tensions, conditioning your body by increasing your range of motion and flexibility as well as overcoming back pain; improving your posture and circulation so you can exercise more efficiently, whilst keeping your body injury free. The class is structured as a workout & stretch combination. Open to all levels. You will need to bring a smile, some water and wear comfortable exercise cloths. The class will be 60 minutes which should be more than enough to get those muscles warmed up and you posturised ready for the next session. Всем привет! This meetup is for those who learns or learned Russian and are looking for a group to practice it. I am a Russian language teacher and will help you during this event. The event repeats twice a month. There is a small fee of 5 CHF for the event. We will play word or board games, read poems, guess what a proverb or an idiom means and I might come up with other activities. If you have any suggestions let me know. El idioma... El suizo creo que lo entiendo un 30%... o bueno un 20% si hablan con muchas ggrgrgr. Pero con el aleman me defiendo. Y si no, en inglés. Y si no en español que muchas personas aqui ven novelas hispanas en la tele o han estado 2 meses en Buenos Aires o Madrid y te entienden perfectamente. Y si no por señas! Que al final te haces una experta en lenguaje corporal y no hace falta ni hablar! 😂 Bromas aparte, me habria gustado aprender mas rápido todo lo bueno que tiene este pais para ofrecer. Este plan es una pequeña muestra de ello. Una actividad guiada pensada para hacer nuevas amistades, disfrutar del entorno y pasar un buen rato juntas. 🐕 Para todos los publicos.
