## 🟡 Barcelona Muscle-Up & Calisthenics Meetup A friendly training group for anyone working toward their first muscle-up — or trying to improve their calisthenics strength in a motivating environment. We train together in outdoor spots around Barcelona (beach parks, bars, and calisthenics areas), focusing on progression, technique, and consistency — not performance pressure. ### 💪 Who this is for * You can do (or are working toward) pull-ups and dips * You want your first muscle-up (or better form/strength) * Beginners and intermediate athletes are welcome * You don’t need to be “strong enough” already — just motivated ### 🚫 Who this is NOT for * Ego lifting or competitive gym culture * Pressure to already be advanced * Solo training without guidance or structure ### 🏋️ What we do in each session * Warm-up & mobility (10–15 min) * Pull strength & explosive drills * Muscle-up progressions (false grip, transitions, technique) * Partner feedback & coaching style learning * Optional light conditioning / core work * Chill stretch (optional) ### 🌊 Vibe Friendly, small group, no judgment. We focus on progress, consistency, and learning together. Even if you can only do a few pull-ups, you’re welcome to join and learn progressions at your level. ### 📍 Location Usually outdoors in Barcelona (beach or calisthenics parks). Exact location is shared before each session. ### ⏱ Duration 60–90 minutes ### 🤝 First timers If you’re new, just show up. You don’t need to be ready — that’s the point.

Before you attend your first class, you MUST fill out this par-q https://forms.gle/1zN6VvvzfVBiAekx6 • What is it? - This class is for all levels from novice to advanced runners, where we will train you to run fast. • Where is it? - We meet at the Simon Bolivar statue in Parque De La Barceloneta. Click on this link to see the location https://www.pbtraining.online/pbrunning/ • When is it? - Running intervals runs every Tuesday at 07:15am, Tuesday at 7.30pm (Glories), Wednesday at 8pm, and Thursday evening at 7pm. • Who runs it? - The Thursday class is led by Britta. She has been with PB:Running for 8 years and is one of our most experienced runners. • How much is it? - €10 a class however you can buy unlimited PB:Running classes for the calendar month for €40. • Anything else? - Before you attend your very first class with me, you will be required to fill out a par-q which you can complete here. https://forms.gle/1zN6VvvzfVBiAekx6 • What to bring - It would be advised to bring along a water bottle. Bringing along a digital watch for timing runs and recoveries would be very useful. Wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Clothing layers can be left at the start finish line.

We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace.
