Systems are better than goals! This is an idea I first read about it Scott Adam's(Dilbert Cartoon Creator) book "How to Fail at Almost Everything and Still Win Big". This concept is further developed in the book "Atomic Habits" by James Clear. If you've never heard about idea before you might think this is a vague statement. You might be curious as what this idea fully entails. Well, tune into Monday Morning Motivation and you'll find out!
