Most dances are well represented in Utrecht, especially salsa/bachata/kizomba in the expat community. Maki-e is a traditional Japanese lacquer decoration technique. Techiniques are involved drawing pictures, patterns, and letters on the surface of lacquerware using lacquer, and then sprinkling and fixing metal powder, such as gold or silver, onto the surface. The Alliance is part of the Greater Central Ohio Chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society.
