Get ready creative writers! Inkwell is proud to announce Reading Club, our latest event for the Shanghai writing community. Reading Club is a low stress literature gathering that meets every other Monday evening. We read through through a short short or essay at the meeting and then discuss it. Add Ryan (WechatID: texaswriter) to join our wechat and find out what text is being discussed next. I don't keep Meetup very up to date and everything Inkwell does is organized through its wechat groups, so even if the number of attendees on meetup is low, there's likely an event still going on. You may suffer from High Altitude Sickness in the beginning days of your Tibet trip. But don’t worry too much, **the high altitude can be acclimatized usually in 2\~3 days**. Our suggestion is to take a physical examination and get suggestions from your doctor, and medicines like aspirin is helpful to ease the headache. (drinking coke is also helpful). We meet to learn and practice American Sign Language and to grow our familiarity with Deaf culture. Facilitated by hearing folks (with a connection to a professional interpreter) using Deaf-created content. People of all ASL skill levels are welcome! As we learn, we hope to connect more with the Deaf community in Central Ohio. Join us as you're able! Come regularly or just once - whatever you're looking for!
