Chaque lundi d'avril, plusieurs puzzles de toutes tailles t’attendent, du petit morceau au chef-d’œuvre final, pour que tu puisses t’amuser seul·e ou en groupe. Installe-toi, assemble les pièces et profite de l’ambiance pour partager un moment ludique avec d’autres passionné·es. Possible de commencer mais aussi de continuer un puzzle ! Au programme 1 heure pour découvrir la sophrologie et tous ces bienfaits pour le corps et l'esprit. L'atelier se déroule à l'espace City'zen du parc floral, lieu propice à la détente et au ressourcement. Vous apprendrez les bienfaits d'une respiration en conscience. Vous découvrirez les mouvements de relaxation dynamique. Et savourerez une visualisation positive. Une belle parenthèse pour lâcher prise, se détendre et repartir revitaliser.
