Welcome back to Rumble. This month our focus is to help you climb stronger, descend safer, and move more confidently on hikes. We’ll keep our 4 core stations — feet and calves, engine, climbing strength, and downhill control — so you can actually feel progress over the weeks, not just get through a workout! **Meeting Place:** as seen in the image (Right next to Old Hill Street Police Station; opposite Funan) Accessible via different MRT lines and bus stops 3 min walk from Clarke Quay Stn Exit E **Duration:** 1.5h **Level:** Mixed Levels (but make sure you are physically well before attending) **What to expect:** 1. Warm-up & dynamic stretching 2. Stamina, Stability and Single Leg strengthening exercises with Stairs/Steps :) 3\. Jogging/brisk\-walking between stations **Items to bring/wear** * comfortable sports attire and appropriate shoes * (Arm-length) Towel and water bottle * Most of us will be carrying our bags as part of hike training (you can choose to leave them in your car if you’re driving or bring a small bag) Make sure you are able to run with your bag! AI is rapidly changing how software is built, but many developers are still unclear on how to move from using AI tools to actually building AI-powered applications and agents. This talk breaks down the key concepts every developer needs to understand, including large language models, tokens, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI agents. AI 201 because we have presented a AI 101 last year more on AI Coding Tools and its concepts. The session will be delivered by three speakers from the Women Developers Singapore (WDS) community. The talk will be structured as a cohesive walkthrough: from how AI models understand language, to how they access data, and finally how developers can build production-ready AI applications and agents.

How to Learn Anything is a practical, science-backed session on how to learn faster without learning badly or slop. We’ll explore how memory works, how the brain adapts through practice, and how to apply proven learning tools like mnemonics, mental models across very different domains - from math and AI to languages, movement, and real-world skills. Hosted by Green and Paula, a learning scientist at NTU + NIE (she's also a speedcuber and Guinness Record holder), this session combines theory with real examples from both cognitive science and high-performance learning.
