OmniTalks: Product 🤝 Engineering
"Oh, product and engineering work really well together here." — someone at every company, in every all-hands, ever.
But do they, though?
**This event is for EMs, PMs, Product Designers who want to make their workstyle actionable.**
The product world has spent years arguing that PMs, designers, and engineers should be in the room together from day one instead of handing work down a conveyor belt like it's a factory floor. It's one of the most talked-about ideas in how we build products, but also one of the hardest to actually pull off 🤷
This edition of OmniTalks is about what it looks like when it works.
We call it the trifecta — a Product Manager, a Product Designer, and an Engineering Manager, have picked an already shipped feature and will deliver three perspectives on how it got built.
Three people from Omnisend's Forms’ team will each take the stage and walk you through the same project — what they were trying to solve and how the three of them stayed aligned *(or didn't🤷).*
**Agenda**
* 17:30 — Doors open.
* 18:00 — The trifecta takes the stage in relay, walks you through the project from three different perspectives (this part will be streamed online)
* 19:30 — Networking
* 21:00 — Extending the evening? Alaus Studija is very close to our office 🍻
**The Trifecta**
Augustina Reipšlėger, Staff Product Designer
Povilas Žvirblis, Engineering Manager
Paulius Preikšaitis, Product Manager
This is a hybrid event and will be streamed online.
📷 Photos will be taken at the event

What If Your AI Could Be a Team? - Chad Green
**Important time note:** Please plan on arriving between 5:30 and 6:00 as the elevators lock after 6 and you'll need to message us and we'll need to come get you.
The building address is 4450 Bridge Park
The entrance is 6620 Mooney St, Suite 400
You will need to scan your ID at the door to get a visitor badge.
**Abstract**
GitHub Copilot is powerful, but what if you could scale from a solo AI assistant to an entire team of specialized agents working in parallel? This session introduces Squad: an open-source framework for multi-agent orchestration that lets you define teams of AI agents with specific roles, responsibilities, and expertise.
We'll progress from Copilot basics to the Copilot CLI, explore how Agents add autonomy, and see how Instructions and Skills let you customize agent behavior. Then, the climax: a live demo where a Squad team of 3 agents (Lead, Developer, Tester) stands up and builds a working application in real-time, showcasing true multi-agent collaboration.
Whether you're new to AI or exploring how to scale your use of Copilot, this session will show you what's possible when agents work as a team.

Sunday funday: let's play dodgeball at Scioto Audubon park
Dodgeball is back again!
If you’ve been wanting to come out, this is an easy one to join. We’ll be playing for about 1.5 to 2 hours, you do not need to bring any equipment, and no experience is needed.
We use a specific set of rules and equipment to make the games run better and keep them fun for everybody, not just people who already know how to play.
If it rains, the event will be canceled.
