Ciao! Para **este lunes festivo** volvemos a pasear por el **antiguo** **camino agrario que une Mataró a Sant Andreu de Llavaneres**. Un itinerario fácil y sin dificultad técnica que nos llevará, sin prisas, a cruzar una tranquila zona agrícola con vista al mar. Haremos una **parada en la playa de Sant Andreu de Llavaneres** para descansar, disfrutar del mar y, para l@s mas temerari@s , darnos un baño 🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️. Después retomaremos el camino siguiendo el **paseo marítimo** hasta **Caldes d’Estrac**, para hacer el picnic en la playa y, con quien le apetezca, daremos un **último paseo por el pueblo**, con tiempo para tomar un café, antes de **coger el tren de vuelta**. A diferencia del formato pozo, nosotros organizamos los partidos según tu nivel. Las parejas irán rotando, pero si quieres puedes venir con un acompañante y jugar todos los partidos con pareja fija. Nivel **iniciación** (0,5 - 1), **medio-bajo** (1,5 - 2), **medio** (2,5 - 3) y **medio-alto** (3,5 - 4). **TODOS LOS PARTIDOS SE JUGARÁN AL MEJOR DE 7 JUEGOS (es decir, el primero que llegue a 4 juegos gana y finaliza el partido).** Al acabar el partido sube al punto de encuentro para recibir instrucciones del organizador. **Horario: VIERNES de 10:00h a 14:00h**. El Rol en Viu consisteix a afegir-li una acció més teatral i dramàtica a aquests enfrontaments. Si t'interessa aprendre a combatre, emular les lluites de les teves pel·lícules favorites, lluitar amb espasa, subjectar un escut, dominar els secrets de l'equilibri de peus o fer fitnes d'un mode diferent; el Softcombat i el Rol en Viu són una activitat que has de provar. \*\*\* **REGLES BÀSIQUES PER AL SOFTCOMBAT** **NORMATIVA I SEGURETAT** la participació en un esdeveniment implica l'acceptació d'aquestes: Per a garantir la seguretat dels participants, totes les armes alienes a seran testades prèviament, conservant-se el dret a admissió de l'arma o de l'usuari. Com tot esport de contacte, cal anar amb compte i apel·lar sempre al sentit comú i a la companyonia, en inscriure's en la nostra comunitat, el participant o tutors del participant accepten la total responsabilitat de qualsevol mal, lesió, pèrdua... que pugui succeir dins dels entrenaments. La participació en un esdeveniment implica l'acceptació d'aquestes. 1. No estan permesos cops ni al cap ni en els genitals. 2. La/s rajo/s que subjecten l'arma fins a la nina no són blanc vàlid. 3. Abans d'emprar qualsevol propietat aliena, demana permís al seu propietari. Si algú trenca l'equip d'una altra persona, el propietari pot reclamar una compensació econòmica pels materials. 7. Els menors de 14 anys hauran d'anar acompanyats d'un adult responsable. Els menors de 16 anys hauran de portar un document emès per un tutor responsable, eximint de responsabilitat als Organitzadors. 8. L'Organització no es farà responsable de cap mena de lesió, mal o ferida que pugui succeir durant els entrenaments. 9. Diverteix-te i gaudeix, és un gran esport. 10. L'organització es reserva el dret a vetar la participació als qui consideri, sense haver de donar explicacions. Sobretot davant persones que hagin demostrat de manera present o passada un comportament deshonest, vexatori o frau davant l'entitat, els seus membres o equip de direcció. 11.
