**Body Workout** Join us for an energizing full-body workout combining endurance, strength and coordination exercises in a fun and supportive atmosphere. This course is part of the **Active City Winterthur** program and participation is completely free of charge. The training is suitable for both men and women, and all fitness levels are welcome. Join a 2 hours sail from Meilen on a 25 foot sailboat in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Costs are 40 chf per person. Twint is accepted.
