Le chocolat commercial, y compris le bio cru, est hautement transformé, ce qui le prive de nombreux nutriments précieux pour le corps, l'esprit, le cœur et l'âme. Notamment, la PEA (phényléthylamine), connue comme la 'molécule de l'amour' – une amphétamine naturellement produite par notre corps lorsque nous sommes amoureux – est présente dans le cacao cérémoniel, mais est éliminée par les hautes températures du processus de torréfaction du cacao commercial. We meet to learn and practice American Sign Language and to grow our familiarity with Deaf culture. Facilitated by hearing folks (with a connection to a professional interpreter) using Deaf-created content. People of all ASL skill levels are welcome!
