Co když uživatel neřeší aplikaci, ale snaží se ve stresu a pod časovým tlakem najít správné dveře v nemocnici? **Michaela Holubec Birtusová** UX výzkumnice, facilitátorka a service designérka, která se pohybuje na pomezí digitálních a fyzických služeb. Dlouhodobě působí v organizaci Czechdesign, kde se věnuje především projektům ve veřejném sektoru, od municipalit po zdravotnictví. Kromě toho pracuje na volné noze pro další klienty, kterým pomáhá s výzkumem, facilitací a nastavováním služeb tak, aby odpovídaly reálným potřebám lidí. V posledních letech se intenzivně zaměřuje na výzkum orientace (wayfindingu) ve zdravotnických zařízeních. V rámci výzkumného projektu podpořeného TAČR se podílí na výzkumu, který kombinuje kvalitativní metody, testování v terénu, eye-tracking i VR, s cílem navrhovat navigační systémy, které skutečně fungují. Michaela nasdílí své zkušenosti z výzkumu orientace (wayfindingu) ve zdravotnických zařízeních. Otevře témata, která se v digitálu často neřeší – práci s fragmentovanou pozorností, kontextem, stresem nebo chybou. Probereme i to, jak důležitá je v tomto kontextu přístupnost a jak ji do výzkumu zahrnout co nejvíce. The golang.org/x/sync/errgroup package provides a simple and effective abstraction for running multiple goroutines concurrently, propagating the first error encountered, and ensuring all routines complete before proceeding. In this article, we explore why errgroup is a valuable tool, how to use it effectively, and what design patterns emerge from its usage. We also examine how one might implement similar functionality manually, highlighting the pitfalls and edge cases that make a manual approach cumbersome. By comparing manual implementations with the idiomatic errgroup usage, we aim to demonstrate why adopting this package leads to safer, cleaner, and more maintainable concurrent code in Go. **2\. Vilibald Wanca \- Nail the Basics \- S01E03** Go does not use `try/catch` for normal error handling. Instead, it treats errors as explicit return values, while `panic` is reserved for truly exceptional or unrecoverable situations. A panic stops normal execution, runs deferred calls, and can only be intercepted with `recover` inside a deferred function. This makes `panic/recover` closer to an emergency escape hatch than a general exception system. The result is a model that favors clarity and explicit control over hidden flow. This group is for anyone who writes - for any reason. Have a thesis or article you need to write? Trying to finish a novel or an academic paper? This group is for you. We meet to learn and practice American Sign Language and to grow our familiarity with Deaf culture. Facilitated by hearing folks (with a connection to a professional interpreter) using Deaf-created content. People of all ASL skill levels are welcome!
