Aloha Dear Friends! Welcome to the Kowloon Mindfulness Community. Together we explore and practice mindfulness to learn how to live in the present moment. We hope to cultivate a safe space for people to try mindfulness practices such as meditation, mindful walking, and tea ceremony. ​The meeting location is at [Sacred Space Therapy and Wellness studio](https://maps.app.goo.gl/5wUBXwXE7zrZZaXu7) at Lai Chi Kok (Exit Lai Chi Kok MTR D2, go into Great Wall Factory Building. We are on the 9th Floor, Unit B5). We meet the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Meetings are in English (sorry, no Cantonese translation unless someone is willing to do so). It is free to join though we ask for donations, which help us cover costs and keep it open to the public.
