Korfball is a dynamic, no contact, mixed gender team sport. It pulls together aspects of netball, handball and basketball to form an unique and inclusive game. The film depicts antifascist resistance in all its forms—armed, civilian, artistic—and explores the meaning of these stories today. In light of resurgent right-wing movements gaining power, resistance is not only remembered but understood as an urgent task of the present. Following the screening, there will be a discussion in English with the director, Olga Ştefan, and the historian, Prof. Dr. Botakoz Kassymbekova (Department of History, University of Zurich), moderated by Dr. Adam Knowles (Department of Philosophy, University of Zurich). ## Women Who Wonder Intergenerational Women's Circle (Second Meeting) Women Who Wonder is a biweekly circle in Zurich, for women between 18 and 108 years old. We sit together for 90 minutes, facilitated, not to advise but to share, listen to and witness each other. When it's truly heard, your story becomes wisdom Gathering in circles is one of the oldest human practices we know of. First Nations peoples in North America developed the talking circle with a talking piece to ensure that each person is heard. Women gathered in moon lodges, and in Anishinaabe full moon ceremonies women sit in a circle from youngest to oldest, passing wisdom between generations. Since the industrialisation of the 19th century, we have been segregated into age groups: school classes, work, elderly people on their own. We miss out on exchange between generations, which research links to greater well-being, stronger resilience, and even longer lives. This is why I created Women Who Wonder. Each woman speaks without interruption and can ask for the kind of response she would like, or none at all. We pass an hourglass as our talking piece. Being witnessed this way creates a tangible, lifting energy. Whether you bring the wisdom of elders or of youth, of motherhood or of those without children, join us. ### How it works To create a safe and confidential space, every attendee signs our circle agreements on arrival. The essentials: we don't interrupt, we are non-judgemental, we don't fix, and we don't sell services. What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. You don't have to prepare anything. Just come as you are. ### About me I'm Barbara, a coach, healer, and gynaecologist and obstetrician. In this circle I am a facilitator, not a medical advisor. Die CSS hat 2024 einen weiteren grossen Schritt auf ihrer Reise zur Business Agilität unternommen: Mit der Einführung von SAFe, sechs Agile Release Trains, einem agilen Portfolio sowie der Anpassung von Organisation, Budget und Strategie. Obwohl Scrum bereits seit 2014 in der Softwareentwicklung verankert ist, bedeutete dieser Wandel einen tiefgreifenden organisatorischen und kulturellen Schritt. In dieser Session berichtet ein Mitglied des Transformationsteams, was in den letzten zwei Jahren im agilen Umfeld der CSS mit rund 500 Mitarbeitenden geschehen ist.
