Die Teilnehmenden werden verschiedene Aspekte diskutieren: die Berufswahl, die Balance zwischen Beruf und Privatleben sowie Chancen der beruflichen Weiterentwicklung in unterschiedlichen Bereichen. Es erwarten die Teilnehmenden spannende Gespräche: sowohl über den Traumjob als auch über die Herausforderungen des Arbeitsalltags. Außerdem machen die Teilnehmenden sich mit den Bezeichnungen verschiedener Berufe vertraut und üben die Anwendung der Feminitiven – dabei können mitunter überraschende Ergebnisse entstehen.
