Shivyog Forum is a platform of positive and like-minded people, interested in spiritual growth, self-healing and self-awareness. Hello All, We've been there a couple of times already, but this time it will be most beautiful, various white, yellow, and blue flowers are blooming in wide parts of the forest. We will meet and start at the "Centre Culturel" in Bergem, which is also the starting point of the "Bergem Autopedestre". https://maps.app.goo.gl/qJkGPk3pkFdvkxv76 There is a parking lot, if you want to come by car, but you can also get there easily by public transport. The terrain is quite flat, just 250m up/down for 15 km, easy also for beginners. Hiking shoes are recommended nevertheless, some parts are known to be a bit slippery or even muddy. After around 10km, we will find a place for the lunch break, about 15-30 minutes, depending on the weather. Current forecast shows some drops of rain before the break, but we will see. **Public Transport:** Bus 611 will leave at 10:40 in front of Luxembourg "Gare Centrale" and will arrive at 11:06 in Bergem, bus stop "Bergem, Centre". We meet to learn and practice American Sign Language and to grow our familiarity with Deaf culture. Facilitated by hearing folks (with a connection to a professional interpreter) using Deaf-created content. People of all ASL skill levels are welcome! As we learn, we hope to connect more with the Deaf community in Central Ohio. Join us as you're able! Come regularly or just once - whatever you're looking for! Each meetup will explore different topics related to ASL/Deaf culture, and will feature time to practice conversation with one another. Just bring yourself and a willingness to learn!

5th annual Earth Day Celebration! This year (2026) the Celebration is scheduled for April 25th with activities running from 10am-2pm. This is a non-ticketed event. Everyone is welcome! We will have food trucks, Birds of Prey, kids crafts, live music, raspberry plants, apple trees, and of course NATIVE PLANTS! The Humanist Monthly Program is our longest running event and still a community favorite. In the old days it used to be called "Going to HCCO" and we still like to think of it as our flagship event. We will be hearing from Becca Powell, Director of Advocacy and Outreach at Unchained At Last, an organization whose mission is dedication to ending forced and child marriage in the United States through direct services and systems change. Unchained At Last's mission clearly meshes and addresses several of our Humanist Ten Commitments. Becca will educate us about an issue many of us may not be familiar with--but should be.
