Monte Isola, in addition to being the largest lake island in Europe, is considered a true gem of Lake Iseo thanks to its breathtaking views and the beautiful villages that characterize it.
**PROGRAM**
**10:30 AM** – Meeting point at *Bar Mister Bike Imbarcadero*, Piazza 28 Maggio 5, 25058 Sulzano (BS)
**10:45/11:00 AM** – Ferry departure to Monte Isola and arrival in Peschiera Maraglio (cost €5.20 round trip)
**11:15/11:30 AM** – Start of the hike toward the panoramic viewpoint at the Sanctuary of Madonna della Ceriola (possibility of taking the bus for part of the ascent)
**1:00 PM (approx.)** – Arrival, free time, and lunch (packed lunch or meals available at local facilities)
**2:30/3:00 PM (approx.)** – Return
**Difficulty: Medium** – About 1h 30 min and 3.5 km of walking each way, with roughly 400 meters of elevation gain.
No special equipment or clothing required.
Always bring some food and water, plus trekking shoes.
**Note 1:** Participants must reach the starting point independently (car, bus, train, etc.) or via carpooling by coordinating with other participants in the private Facebook and/or Telegram groups reserved for members (request access once you have your membership card).

**Crea il tuo stick aromatico personale con olio di mandorle dolci e oli essenziali**
Un laboratorio esperienziale, creativo e sensoriale dedicato al benessere quotidiano.
In questo workshop imparerai le basi dell’aromaterapia e realizzerai il tuo stick roll-on personalizzato, da portare sempre con te: un piccolo alleato naturale per accompagnarti durante la giornata.
✨Cosa faremo insieme
**1\. Breve panoramica sugli oli essenziali**
Scopriremo cosa sono gli oli essenziali, come vengono estratti e come agiscono a livello fisico ed emozionale. Parleremo di:
* modalità di utilizzo sicure
* diluizione corretta in olio vettore (useremo olio di mandorle dolci)
* proprietà principali di alcuni oli selezionati
* differenza tra profumo e olio essenziale
L’obiettivo non è fare una lezione tecnica, ma darti strumenti semplici e pratici per scegliere in modo consapevole.
**2\. Ascolto\, intuizione e scelta**
Porterò delle carte descrittive degli oli essenziali ed esplorerai le caratteristiche di ogni essenza a disposizione.
Ti guiderò in un piccolo momento di ascolto per capire:
* di cosa hai bisogno in questo periodo
* quale profumo ti attrae spontaneamente
Lavoreremo unendo conoscenza e intuizione.
**3\. Creazione del tuo roll\-on personalizzato**
Sceglierai gli oli essenziali che senti più adatti a te e li miscelerai nell’olio di mandorle dolci per creare il tuo stick aromatico personale.
Potrai usarlo:
* nei momenti di stress
* per favorire concentrazione o rilassamento
* come rituale quotidiano
* come piccolo gesto di cura personale
Il tuo “essenziale in tasca” diventerà un promemoria olfattivo del tuo intento.

You simply lie down, close your eyes and let the waves of sound wash over you. The session begins with gentle breathing before the music gradually unfolds, guiding you into a state of relaxation and inner stillness. The vibrations resonate through your body, helping release tension, quiet the mind and restore balance.
