Here’s how it works, from their website: “To begin pouring, guests open a tab at our check-in desk using a credit or debit card and after showing an I.D. They then receive a pour card that is linked to their tab, that will keep track of what they have poured. Guests then insert the card into the card reader below any of the taps to begin pouring.
