Come and join us for a **Free Guitar Learning Class**! Something exciting for this weekend’s guitar lesson! The class will start at 18:00 as usual and right after we will have snacks and tea and watch a short film made by a friend of mine. The movie is about Azerbaijani rock band called Coldunya (founded in the 1990s) and showcases their road to fame and current life of the band members. I haven’t watched it yet, so looking forward to sharing this moment with you. I hope to see you! And enjoy your Easter holidays! **General description of the class:** Our class is all about beginning stages: playing chords, tabs, holding guitar properly and getting the fingers ready to play. We will have enough time to cover the basics, discuss what we would like to improve and get playing at least one simple song! I also speak Hungarian, so if there is anyone who doesn’t understand English, I will translate on the go. Any newcomers are welcome and I will help you to get started and develop together with others. **What to bring:** A pen and notebook, so you can take notes as needed. Guitar (if you don't have one, you can use mine during the class, but definitely you should get a guitar later if you want to learn guitar properly). We meet to learn and practice American Sign Language and to grow our familiarity with Deaf culture. Facilitated by hearing folks (with a connection to a professional interpreter) using Deaf-created content. People of all ASL skill levels are welcome! As we learn, we hope to connect more with the Deaf community in Central Ohio. Join us as you're able! Come regularly or just once - whatever you're looking for! Each meetup will explore different topics related to ASL/Deaf culture, and will feature time to practice conversation with one another. Just bring yourself and a willingness to learn!

In subsequent classes we will verify and hone our talents with activities and discussion. These are hands-on workshops and participation is expected. The goal of our series will be to develop expertise in areas of particular interest such as mediumship, channeling, divination, healing and, etc.. Dinner and dancing

We meet at lunch each week and each meeting follows a fairly organized agenda. First all participants pass their business cards around. Then each member and guest is invited to give a one-minute overview of their company and what is a perfect referral for the week. We always have a 10 minute presentation from one of the members about their business in more detail. And finally we pass referrals. You're welcome to visit. Nobody is ever put on the spot. Bring plenty of cards!

The Humanist Monthly Program is our longest running event and still a community favorite. In the old days it used to be called "Going to HCCO" and we still like to think of it as our flagship event. We will be hearing from Becca Powell, Director of Advocacy and Outreach at Unchained At Last, an organization whose mission is dedication to ending forced and child marriage in the United States through direct services and systems change. Unchained At Last's mission clearly meshes and addresses several of our Humanist Ten Commitments. Becca will educate us about an issue many of us may not be familiar with--but should be. Food and drinks will be provided at the event. Feel free to show up a little bit early to hang out and talk. Going forward our meetings will be hybrid.
