Hello everyone, I’m looking for a like-minded person (or a small group) who would like to go ice bathing together once a week on a regular basis – preferably at Treptower Park and the surrounding area. The day and time are flexible for me; what matters most to me is reliability and consistency. I’ve been ice bathing for several years and value this practice greatly: as an energising time in nature, as a shared act of overcoming oneself, and as something that is noticeably beneficial for both body and mind. For me, it has positive effects on health, sleep, and recovery – and it’s a wonderful way to start the next week feeling light, uplifted, and content. After four years, my previous ice-bathing partner is unfortunately no longer able to join, so I’m now happy to meet new people. I’m open and enjoy coordinating flexibly. If you already have experience, or if you’re curious and would like to try it out in a committed way, feel free to get in touch. Hallo Zusammen, bei trockenem und schönem Wetter können wir die Runde um den Müggelsee machen. Der Winter ist vorbei, Zeit, sich wieder auf die Kufen zu wagen. Beginn in S-Bahn Friedrichshagen, ca. 15:20, ich fahre ca. um 15:00 in Ostkreuz los. (Eis-)Bademöglichkeiten gibt es nach ca. 15 km am Strandbad oder nach ca. 9 km am kleinen Müggelsee. Getränke solltet Ihr in diesem Fall dabei haben. Ausstiegsmöglichkeiten gibt es nach ca. 15 km in Rahnsdorf oder bei Erkner - dann verpasst Ihr aber das beste Stück. Wenn wir über Köpenick zurückfahren, dann sparen wir und den Spreetunnel. Grundlegende Skate- und Bassibremskenntnisse werden erwartet. Jeder ist für seine eigene Sicherheit verantwortlich.
