Hello, dear Moms! With a great pleasure I invite you to **Postnatal Yoga** classes! This is a recovery for your body, mind and soul. With this Kundalini-inspired yoga program you can enjoy time for yourself after the birth, recharge your batteries and rebuild your pelvic floor, abdominal and back muscles. The focus of this course is specifically on the muscles that every mother needs to strengthen. The breathing exercises and meditation also help to promote healing processes and to fully settle into the motherhood.

Dear ladies, I want to invite you to **Prenatal Yoga** classes! With this yoga program focused on safe postures, special physical exercises and breathing techniques — specially selected and adapted for pregnant women — you can relax and recharge your body. And in addition to relieving pregnancy symptoms and improving posture, you can also use yoga to influence the position of the baby.

Model Lily will join us at the studio for an elegant, after-work maternity session designed for photographers looking to elevate their portfolios. This shoot focuses on capturing the serene power of expectant motherhood, offering a professional space to document the natural "glow" through a lens of high-end editorial elegance. **Open to members and non-members.** Come for the photography, stay for the networking! All you need is a camera with a portrait lens and some enthusiasm. The event fee is CHF 100. Please understand that in case you cancel close to the event, we will ask you to pay anyway, as we have to pay for the model and the studio. Due to the unpredictable nature of pregnancy and the health requirements of our model, we cannot 100% guarantee against short-notice date cancellations or rescheduling for health-related reasons.
