El curso comienza con los conceptos básicos para que todos, independientemente de su experiencia o conocimientos previos, puedan acceder fácilmente al amplio campo de la milenaria tradición del yoga y cubre en profundidad una gran variedad de formas de yoga. La espiritualidad se hace tangible para los participantes del curso a través de la práctica compartida del yoga y las lecciones teóricas (cada semana se entrega material escrito del curso). Para nosotros es muy importante que, tras un tiempo, los participantes del curso de yoga puedan adaptar su práctica de Hatha Yoga a sus necesidades individuales. Además, las técnicas tradicionales de purificación del sistema yóguico y ayurvédico y las prácticas nutricionales yóguicas forman parte de las instrucciones teóricas. Hi! Welcome to Thought Experiments in Pubs - Berlin edition, where you get to have deep conversations with people you've never met. The topic will be education. The conversation will flow freely, there are no strict rules, simply share and discuss your perspectives on the given topic. The thought experiments will be posted here ahead of the event. **Who should come?** Everyone! We believe that the more perspectives, the richer the conversation. This group is not about being experts in philosophy, it is about *doing* philosophy. Contact Improvisation ist eine Tanzform, in der es um Berührungen geht, die keine Absicht verfolgen. Es ist eine Einladung, in solche Berührungen hineinzuspüren und dieses Spüren in spontane Bewegung zu verwandeln. Was wird berührt, was möchte sich ausdrücken? So entsteht ein Dialog spürender Begegnung. Beziehungen zu anderen Menschen werden im bewegten Körper erfahrbar und finden gleichzeitig Ausdruck. Contact hilft uns, zu erleben, wie man mit anderen im Kontakt sein kann indem man mit sich selbst in Kontakt tritt—körperlich wie seelisch—und umgekehrt. Dies ist kein Contact Kurs. Anders als bei Contact Events bietet diese Gruppe einen geschützten Rahmen, zu erkunden, wie körperliche Berührung und Bewegung unser Selbst berühren und in Bewegung bringen können. **It's Time to Just Be.** When was the last time you intentionally gave yourself an hour just for you? Not scrolling, not working, not rushing somewhere — just **being with your own thoughts for a moment**. **About:** What we are creating here is a gentle space to slow down and take that time. We’ll gather in a cosy café atmosphere and share a quiet hour where everyone can reconnect with themselves in their own way, surrounded by beautiful **sound bath music**. You might journal, read, reflect on your week, think through something on your mind, or simply sit with a warm cup of tea and breathe for a while. Just a small pause in the middle of the week. **What will happen?** During the Perfect Me Time, we will gently **open the space with a short grounding meditation (10-15 mins)** to help everyone transition from the busy day into a slower rhythm. Throughout the quiet hour, **soft sound bath elements** will be played in the background to support relaxation and focus. This will be a mostly **silent time (approximately 45 mins)**, where everyone is invited to spend the hour in their own way — journaling, reflecting, reading, thinking, or simply sitting with a warm cup of tea. Our grandmaster Kang, Shin-Gyu is a student of famous grandmaster Kwon, Jae-Hwa, so that we can learn from the originals. Sounds sophisticated? It is - and also a lot of fun! Most of us are between 20 an 30 years old, half of them male and half female. But we welcome anybody any age! As a beginner you need nothing more than some comfortable sportswear. See you in Class!

We will be hearing from Becca Powell, Director of Advocacy and Outreach at Unchained At Last, an organization whose mission is dedication to ending forced and child marriage in the United States through direct services and systems change. This is a free, in-person meeting on the subject of betrayals, losses and how to get over them so you can build lasting relationships. Burdened by a stressful relationship? Unhealthy relationships can trigger feelings of anger, despair or self-doubt. They can create dwindling spirals of fights and seeking to make-up, or trying to “pin the blame” on someone or something.
